Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee or be ineligible for a refund, depending on the circumstances. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Refunds will only be considered if the service provided does not meet the description or expectation outlined during booking. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the session. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.
